The success of our company is based on knowledge and processes generated by the correct transmission and reception of your belongings. Below you will find some useful suggestions and tips to help you to plan export or import of goods.

Import and Export:

· Origin
· Destination
· Packing list
· Commercial Invoice
· Tax ID
· R1 or R2 (official change of address)
· Incorporation Agreement (first sheet and sheet where mentions company´s Legal Representative)
· Copy of company´s Legal Representative ID

- Have the Official Importers Register at Customs.
- Verify the non-tariff restrictions and regulations,fulfilling each of them.
- Hire the services of customs broker for clearance at the port (service provided by Boeki Logistics).
- Completely cover all the extra charges generated at the time of import, such as compensatory duties, storage, demurrage, insurance, etc

At the same time you have to issue the Customs Declaration form through the Customs Broker which contains the following information:

- Customs regime (temporary or definitive)
- Information to determine taxes and compensatory duties if applicable.
- Information to prove that non-tariff restrictions and regulations have been fulfilled (Origin of the cargo, weight and volume, number of packages or technical explanation of the product).

- Commercial Invoice of goods required (as long as customs value of the goods exceeds $ 300 U.S. dollars or its equivalent in foreign currencies).
- This Commercial Invoice must mention the following information:
· Place and date of origin.
· Name and address of the consignee or Customer.
· Information specific goods (type, bags, weights, measures, etc..).
· Unit and Total values of the invoice justifying the cargo mentioned in the same name and address of Shipper or Supplier.
